Not a black box. A 100-point Fit Score built from 7 weighted components — with 4 Fit Tiers, conflict penalties, and a Live Fit Score that evolves the moment the lead replies.
Every prospect is scored across seven weighted dimensions that total 100 points — the Profile Fit Score. Then, the moment the lead actually replies, an eighth component kicks in: Communication / Responses. It doesn't overwrite the 100 — it modifies the Live Fit Score as the conversation evolves.
Weights shown are the defaults — Enterprise clients tune them per business unit. The Fit Score feeds the 4 Fit Tiers, the Needs-Attention queue, and the ordering in every list, board and inbox.
If a prospect is your competitor — or your customer's competitor — the Fit Score drops accordingly. Prevents you from wasting a Sales Navigator credit on a dead end.
Every reply, category signal, or new data point recalibrates the score in real time. Before a lead engages, the score is pure Profile Fit. Once the conversation starts, we blend in Conversation Intent and Response Category — because a hot conversation with a moderate-fit lead is worth more than a cold profile at 92.
Once a lead replies, the engine reads the conversation and produces two independent signals — an intent score (how much they want to talk) and a response category (what kind of reply it is). Together they push or pull the Live Fit Score by up to 45 points either way.
How urgent, specific, and actionable the reply is. A one-liner asking for a demo carries more weight than a polite "not now".
The auto-classifier tags every reply with a category and a confidence score. Each category adjusts the Live Fit Score independently of the intent read.
Every Fit Score maps to a tier. Reps focus on Strong and Good. Managers use Weak signals to catch bad ICP inputs and refine the model.
